Job Duties	GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides classroom support for implementation of a projects demonstrating integration of early childhood resources to produce cost effective quality school readiness programming for high risk children. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. 2. Demonstrated effectiveness as an Early Childhood Teacher and/or Childhood Staff Trainer/Mentor. 3. Experience in the use of research based pre-kindergarten literacy/language/innumeracy teaching materials. 4. Knowledge of pre-school literacy screening, pre and post testing, progress monitoring and how each informs classroom instruction.
