New Carlisle, OH – The New Carlisle Center held a transition ceremony for the children of the Center. The ceremony is held for the children who are transitioning from Head Start to kindergarten. Fourteen children participated in the transition ceremony.
Emmanuel Martinez was the keynote speaker. Mr. Martinez is a former TMC student from the Weslaco Center and a medical student at Sinclair in Dayton, OH. Mr. Martinez is preparing to transfer to Ohio State University.
The transition ceremony was held at the New Carlisle City Park. Over 100 individuals including parents, members of the community and staff attended the event.
